knock sensor

question- car seems to run fine and scanmaster numbers ok but when i give it gas, the knock sensor goes straight to red. something unplugged? I have no idea, last year it was fine knock stayed green. i haven't got on it yet this year because of that. Anyone got a clue why this might be happenning?

I would start by draining the gas out from last year and start with fresh 93 octane.

When mine did this, the wastegate hose had dry-rotted in two (thus no more boost control). It caused me a complete lower end rebuild...

hope it's not that! and i already got all new fuel in this year. I will look it over sunday

make sure your fuel pressure is rising with boost. fuel pump could possibly be failing. it happened to me
