What tools and around how much to do a leak down test?

How long should it hold it?

I see them in Jegs catalog---$70-80. Piston should be at the very top of stroke, with valves closed. You will need 100 psi of constant air pressure. IMO doing a leak down test on a cold eng. is a waste of time.
