Leaking powermaster cylinder

I have a leaking powermaster reservoir. It's leaking from the top of the lid. The inner gasket seems to be seated in the bowl correctly..The lid can't seem to close all the way in the rear..Both reservoir sides are all full of fluid..Throwing the brake service light now..Remove and replace I say..Or try and fix this unit? Any suggestions to a better alternative vacuum vs hydraboost..Who sells the better kits out there?

The reservoir on the engine side should not be filled to the top when system is pressurized. Read post # 9 http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/threads/powermaster-brakes-diagnostic-information.362564/ There are pics of proper fill levels further in the thread.

Brake light on is usually caused by a bad Brake Switch and/or Accumulator. Go through the diagnostics in the thread provided above.
