I have had no luck with my leaky t top. I have tried gooping silicone weather stripping everywhere, ripping that out and replacing it with new weatherstripping and I still have a leak. I cannot trace where it is coming in. I ripped the headliner and interior pieces out and found those entry points, but I can't find the other end!!!! Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

Ron EXACTLY where is it dripping inin the interior? I ust solved some leaks of my own...I might have an idea.

There is one spot that is more common and that is on the drivers side where the t locks in in the front. It looks seems to be coming in uner the weatherstripping right at the corner of the pillar. While driving in rain it will drip right on my arm and leg. Sometimes while accelerating there is a leak at the rear of the t's on the passenger side. Its coming from the first hole from the center on the rear support. I hope this makes sense to someone...

Yep, right where my "mystery" leak was.

First, get some 3M rope caulk (black sticky strips of chit)
Undo the screws that hold the weather strip at the corner at the windshield (at the top, where it turns down and goes down the winshield post)
cram some of the rope caulk into the turning area between the post and the weather strip. think of it as a gasket. The water is sneaking in behind the platic mount area.

do the same thing in the rear.

easiest way to do this is pull the plastic trim off and spray the car down until it leaks. then start peeling the rubber seal back slowly and you'll see where the water is sneaking in.

Use the rope caulk where ever you need a better seal between the rubber and body. works like a charm.

same problem i have whenever it rains. won't leak until i start
driving. go around a right hand corner and lake erie pours
out from either the plastic part on my pillar or where the t-top meets the windshield. i've replaced the weather stripping which didn't help then ran black rtv around everything which also didn't
help. i wish i had a hard top.

use the rope caulk in the area i talked about. Stopped my leak completely....LOVE my t-tops!....ok ok...it's a love hate thing!
