In the past 3 days i have broken 2 drive shafts the first broke at the rear at launch. snapped ujoint ear off it. the second at about 900 ft out snapped in 2 pretty equal pieces. these were both stock shafts is it just the 23year old part is being killed by the 70q at 25lbs of boost? or could there be something else? think on the last one converter may have been going into lockup. not sure.

Time for a 3" chromemoly with 1350 joints and billet ends.
Make sure you didn't crack the bell housing either. Pretty common for broken d/s or ujoint to result in broken b/h.

Be extremely careful, drive shaft failures usually are immediately followed by transmission lo roller clutch failures after shaft is repaired if it isnt already broke.

I just have the stock susp. so i hope the pinion angle has not changed. if it has something must have bent. upper and lower control arms are boxed. with p/u bushings.
