really people i need help or else im about to give up i fix one thing and something else happens now i think my ecm is not working i need to find out how to check if it is working

does the check engine light come on when you turn the key on?
if not, is the fuse good?
if that checks out, is the orange wire by the battery hooked up, and is there power to that wire at the ecm plug?

Go to this link and look at the second pic.
There is a pinout of the ECM. Check the voltages and report back.
