runs with stock ecm, not with xfi 2.0

FYI. Everyone is correct. Version 2.010, 2.050 and 2.051 are not totally comparible. Running with 2.051 and can now turn to tuning. I am submitting a topic named 'cold start problem' with a datalog of my starting problems. Please feel free to comment.
