I've done a search and found mixed results for Level10 Transmission out of Hamburg NJ. (Mostly Good) Apparantly they did work for Jim D'allesandro back in the day. Has anyone dealt with them recently? I'm looking to have a converter put in and a basic rebuild.

level 10 no way

I used them back when I was a mustang guy let me put it to you this way they did 4 mustang trannys for me in 3 weeks they suck so bad its not even funny all I had was an 10.80 mustang and they could not buid. It to go 2 passes finally I went with a c4 and had that trans for 6 yrs with well over 300 passes and well into the low 9s before I sold the car bottom line is level 10 should not even be on a level period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

back in the day

Back in the day they were on top. Pat did my trans 20 years ago 100 or so 1/4 mile passes street driven street raced went 11's never had a problem still got it in the car. Now a days hearing nothing good comes from them? I would take a trip to CK perfermance in NYC if your in NJ or close. Mike

Don't know much about ck there on long island now but dave husek for long island turbo buick performance is the man and honesty like no other ill tell you that much I have 300 passes on his trans from 4yrs ago and still going strong in the 10.s

Been there done that with Level 10 and my 200-4R. Not a good experience overall. My local tranny race shop ended up redoing the Level 10 mess and it was perfect ever since.
