LM-2 & tach signal

Did a search and wasn't able to find the answer. I am trying to locate a wire for the tach signal to enable the lm2. Appreciate any help from you guys. Thanks again.

Test port under the hood by the alternator Green Plug with a white wire

It's a unique looking spade connector with the green plastic by the rear of alternator, the wire might not look white if it is covered in dirt etc from driving and age.
