Local (Oregon) transmission builder

[Long Shot]

I'm in the market to have my 2004r rebuilt to withstand an 11 second 1/4 mile. Anyone recommend a shop in Oregon? Otherwise, I'll go with a shop in Washington that GN Northwest recommended.
