Lock Up Torque Converter for sale.

I have a 12 inch torque converter built by NTC in Chicago 4710 w. North Ave. It is brand new still in their box and the plastic cap over the hub. I never put fluid in it, because I ended up going non-lockup. The conveter is a 3,000 rpm stall. The box however has 2800 written in marker. I insisted on a lil more stall when I ordered it and they assured me I would like the performance of the unitand that it would give me 3,000. This converter sells for about $260.00. However like it says in my fenders post...I need the cash. $125.00 plus shipping, that cant be more than $25.00.
