Just thought i would share the journey i had this weekend to pick up GNX #235.My dad and i left friday morning and got home sunday night. The trip included 6 hours of flying and 28 total hours of driving.Needless to say---i was pretty exhausted when i finally got home. The car appears to be very straight and nice--i am sure my dad will enjoy it for some time to come.I took it out for a drive sunday evening when we got home---what a thrill it was to finally drive a GNX.I have a couple simple pics of the car linked below---enjoy:cool:

Sweet NJOY it... I hope you are gonna kick out those other cars I see in the garage & park mr GNX in there.

You mean you didn't drive it back?! Just kidding, but I bet there was a strong urge to see if you could trim that 28 hrs to about 12. ;)
Very nice purchase, looks new! How many miles on it?

One of my customers owns GNX #234, it has over 260,000 miles on it, it is on its 3rd engine,a Champion headed stage 2 off center with an 88 turbo and 200 trans. with one of our converters. The car looks totally stock and original inside and out, all mods are under the hood. Several board members have seen it at the shop, you would swear it is a 20,000 mile car or less.

also Geoff Good luck, that spot where you took the pics, looks really familiar ;)

littlesixsteve--that's actually the neighbors house in the photo. My dad's garage is a bit full right now---it already has an 86 dodge omni glhs,64 FI conv. corvette, and a mercedes e-55:cool: ---i am sure some room will be made available though

TT/A1233--only thing non-original we found so far were tires replaced because of dry rot---exhaust may be diff.---didn't really look at that very close--although i don't think it has been.

GN One Day---it had 9098 miles after i took it out for a spin sunday:cool: .With as much as the u-haul trailer cost---we prolly should of drove it back:eek:

EightsecV6---that is the most miles on a gnx i have ever heard of---glad to see someone is enjoying theres to the fullest!!!

Arista5--i bet they familiar---been a few TR's there in the past!!!

beautiful car!!! as much as i don't want a black car, every time i see one of thoes it almost changes my mind about painting my car black.

i want a GNX, i drove one once and the grin is burned on to my face everytime i think about it...

I think I could drive for 48 straight hours without getting if it meant picking up my own GNX. Just the anticipation of getting it home and taking it for a spin would keep me awake. And, if I got tired I would stop my truck, pull it off the trailer and take it for a ride. That alone would wake me up. Have fun with that one.

The exhaust tips look silver in color and don't have the GN type bologna cut. They look exactly like ATR's PIT BULL design.
