which one would you like to see going down the 1/4 mile first, the yellow or the blue one ? any guess as to what times they pull just by looking at them ?

I would like to see neither going down the strip :D

both cars look like they are winking with the lights out.

I am gonna guess 16's but then this could be a trick question

they are the equivalent of the turbo buick, but in another parallel universe. ;)

I am guessing 10's

Must be Australia and if I am remembering correctly they are called the VL Calais RB30 turbo. They use the Nissan 6 cylinder and are very potent.

Pretty cool. You know, it really comes down to either: a fast aluminum can with a cage or a nice fast street car...in my book steel is real  unless of course your a vete owner as those are ok in my book too :) as long as they're boosted :D Its going to be hard for me to buy my next car if it doesn't have some pressure in the intake :D

Just rambling....

Those are some neat sedans!

Australia is full metric with speed posted as kph on the roads and such. My question is...... how confusing is it to use the US benchmark for 1/4 times and mph for ET's? Is the 60' time and 8th mile times recorded as well?

I remember seeing a late 70's Holden Monaro at a car show once here in the States and it had everyone scratching their heads. The car definately had typical GM styling cues, but the steering wheel was on the "wrong" side.
