You are a stroke! Just to give everybody a heads up. I tried to give this guy a good deal on an atr bar over a year ago! All kinds of questions, all kinds of pictures, back and forth and so on. My price was 150, he has the ball's to tell me to buy him all new "grade 8 hardware" and deliver it to him over an hour away and he would give me no more than hundred bucks. I wish I would of had the last ATR bar, I would of rather saw it in half than to sell to this guy. So if anybody out there that has an atr bar and would like to answer all kinds of crazy questions, send all kinds of pics "because some pics might not look right", give it away for "no more than hundred bucks", buy him brand new grade 8 hardware, and oh the kicker, hand deliver it to him! This is your customer!

Yes it will fit a stock turbo, and i don't know if its a Kirbans.
