Looking for a firmer 2-3 shift

Ok a man will never have enough right!?! HOTTOGO you might remember that I have firmed up my 1-2 shift by blocking the accumulator and the 2-3 by modifying the servo and 3-4 by blocking the accumulator, I have also put in a stiffer pressure regulator valve spring. Now my 1-2 is really firm and impressive part throttle and full, but my 2-3 is firm and nice full throttle but under light throttle it can soften up a bit, its always positive but just not as firm as 1-2 on the part throttle. What I'm wondering is, is there anyway to stiffen the 2-3 part throttle shift, Like always if it has a side effect of a firmer shift WOT also it will be welcomed but I'm more worried about part throttle because the WOT is great. Like I said 2-3 is already firm I just want it a bit firmer. Thanks for your time and anybodys advise is welcomed.
