There's Mizzi in Fairfield, they specialize in Buick GN's and TurboT's. There's also Ditos Motors in South San Francisco.

Be warned that Mizzi's will have a pretty good wait time because they're probably booked up leading into drag season. They're not cheap, either. If you want them to work on your car, you should have a very clear idea of what you want done or the owners will just tell you to come back when you know what you want. Great guys, but they've been doing this forever, so they don't want to fiddle-fart around.
