Looking for a roller Hot Air, Cold Air, doesnt matter

Looking for a good inexpensive roller in decent shape for a buddy. He doesnt want to have to paint it but it doesnt have to be perfect either, just presentable really. Doesnt matter if it's a hot air roller, complete hot air, or a roller IC car. Just needs to be cheap enough that he can afford t make the first step. -----Jeremy
