Not to start an argument but looking at Intense's past, I would never put anything that they make in my engine.

Not trying to discredit them, but talking with professional engine builders (ever hear of Livernois Motorsports?), that is too high of a ratio, even for boosted engines.

With all do respect, I n otice most engine builder will never give their best, because "The Best" is reserve for them self, this i do my owne. when using my cyl head, you will have to use a NON-Vacume brake system. this also depend on your cam. with a 235@.50, lift .570 , i see 0Hg Vacume,

With 0Hg Vacume on a running engine, will tell alot of how GOOD the head/cam flow. Cast iron head ARE a pain/time consuming, most shop will not consume their time with iron head, you will spend less time /W aluminum and see better perf. A pair of iron will take 2-3 weeks to perfected. Do u get the picture?. This why your shop will say, What they say. A few shop told the same .Glad i went on my owne. thank u.
