Looking for someone who could do some work on the GN for me

I have been out of the scene for a while now, I was gonna sell my car but decided not to and have since decided to get back into it. My car needs some work done to it and I would like to find someone that could do a couple of things for me as I live in apartments now and am working 3 jobs. I know it needs a new alternator, I would like to convert over to vacuum brakes as the current powermaster system is shot, and I have an exhaust system that needs to be put on. If anyone could recommend someone that does affordable work it would be greatly appreciated, I am not worried about time as they could take as long as they need, I am in no hurry to get this done but I would like to have it done.

If you have all of the parts that stuff could be done in a single day probably.None of that stuff is too difficult,except maybe the vacuum brake booster swap.

I could do it for $200.

I live in Irving,so I am not too far away from you.

Cool!! I do not have all the parts yet but will work on getting them, then I will let you know. I have the exhaust, and can go to autozone to get the alternator, but were can I get a vaccum brake kit at?

Hi Josh,

I am glad to hear that you are sticking with it. I was beginning to wonder what happened to you. I have not seen you at school for a long time now. Working three jobs explains a lot. Whew! I don't know how you do it. Patrick is a good man and knows his stuff. He will do right by you. I talk to Rick, Greg and Mitch all the time in case you have lost their contact information.

BTW - Mitch may have a Vac Brake setup for sale.

Josh I have a vacuum brake setup on my car that I will be removing sometime in the near future.You can have it for $50.

Cool Carl, it is great to hear from you!!! I am not in school right now (no time with working all the time) there is more wrong with my car than i thought, I had it jumped and was driving it to the new apartments I live in and it died out of nowere and wouldnt start up again, i had to have my friend push me to the complex i think it is the alternator but am hoping it is the battery.

I was actually gonna give Mitch a call today, as he is the only one i still have contact info for. But i used to atleast give him a ring and see how he was doing, I think i will do that today. I look forward to being able to get out there with you guys at the track and having some fun with you all.
