I'm from South Jersey, but not an engine builder, However here is a list.
1/4 mile Performance (Jim D'elasandro however you spell it) is in Blackwood NJ
Danny Smith (Camden New Jersey)
MPE Performance (Pennsville off of 295 south)

Or if you want to go out of your ways alittle bit, Dynotech Performance up in North Jersey I believe. I think Eric Schetrz bought that place now.
I would recomend either MPE or Dynotech.
