its not a TR intake ive seen, if it used to be one, it has been heavily modified and i dont see how or why they would do that
 
I actually saw this type of intake on an 85 FWD, ninety eight. I just wanted to send up a warning flag.
 
yeah i think that came off a FWD 3.8 , i went out to replace a battery on a FWD buick (can't remember what it was, but the hood hinged from the front) and there was a power six logo on the intake, that looks pretty close to it
 
I just sent the lister an email noting the GN top radiator hose would connect at the front, all sensors attach to the front, and the plenum is a separate piece and not a single cast piece on the GN. Seems like they had a very good feedback rating, so maybe it is someone that is just mis-informed.

The car I think you're thinking of is a Buick Century. Something like an 86-88. Before the 3800s came out. I got some parts off of one that was in the bone yard. Then found out it was the car of my ex g/f that she had wrapped around a telephone pole. :eek:
