Loose Sun Visor Repair ?

How do I keep my passenger side sun visor from flying back every time I accellerate? I took it off and didn't see any adjustments. Do I need a new spring, or can I shim the sping? It has the lighted mirror if that makes a difference.

Should be able to tighten the screw that holds the visor. Flip the visor over and you will see the phillips screw.

That screw keeps it from flopping down. Mine doesn't do that. The entire shade just swings back until it's parallel with the door. I wish we had hooks for the other end of the visor like every other car that I have owned.
