Okay, heres the deal. During a run TLink will lose connection to the ECM pretty soon after going WOT. Last frames always look weird with low voltage, 0 mph, etc, etc. Once the other day when I floored it on the highway it didnt lose connection, but the readings were all over the place when I went WOT, until I started coming off the pedal. voltage from 1.6v to 22.4v, KR as high as 68.1, mph drops down to 16 then up to 92 in the next frame, etc.
Heard of this before?

As I have been hunting down the possible cause, there is one question I have that may help me out. I have the bst sensing harness. If I tapped into the signal lead (grn, B) from the plug at the 3bar MAP for another boost triggered device would this cause issues with TLink? This is one possibility that I am looking into. I am thinking about temporarily disconnecting the bst harness. However I have a dig dash car and GM left the MAP plug dead in these cars, so I will have to wire up a 5v regulator to give power to the MAP to still be able to use it with out the bst harness hooked up.

Try disconnecting the alcohol ...

I've had multiple people that have found the pump is making "noise" in the harness to the point of scrambling data to their TurboLink/ScanMaster.

One person has used a stereo RF noise filter on the pump (essentially a big RF choke, from what I can see) to solve the problem.
