I am asking about Texas policy, so keep this in mind...
OK, so I have a car in my possesion that I never put in my name because I didnt want to waste money on titling until I knew the car would run(it was very far from it when I got it). The title is now lost after I reveived it probably 2 years ago. The title is still in one of my wife's relative's name, but it will take FOREVER before they actually even filled for a lost title...is there anyway I can do it myself?
