Thats the way I had orginally bought it from Precsion. I have a adaptor on the flange to convert it to 4 bolt because I have 4 bolt headers. Later I bought the 4 bolt exh housing to properly mate the 2 up together. It responded well with the 3 bolt and a 4000 9" converter in a 200R4.
