Lotus Notes Template like this forum?

Any techies out there know of a lotus notes db template that looks/works similar to this forum (a discussion forum, preferably in 4.6)? I want to set one up internally at my company, but a web setup w/ infopop would face too much red tape. Notes is easier...

The only ones I have seen have each reply in a new document and separate page and are impossible to read!
