When my car is in park if I mash the pedal to the floor wot
I get a loud pop and my rpm's drop off, but if I am driving the car and go into wot I have no problems and zero knock.
My IAC is at 23
My TPS is at .43 at idle but only 3.85 at wot
o2's look good
rpm's on the money at idle
integrator at 128
BLM's at 128
I have replaced all the hoses to the "Y" cable, I am running 94 octane with the stock chip.
Car runs and drives mint with alot of power, the only problem is that pop at wot in park.
Any suggestions?

why in heaven's name would you floor the throttle in neutral/park?

You WILL destroy something doing that!

This is what I got off the GN/t-type.org site on adjusting the TPS

Snug the screws down tight enough that the sensor doesn't move and have someone floor the throttle (make sure that the floor mat is out of the car...)

It say's nothing about driving the car and going into wot, it seemed to me it was ok to do this in park.

uuumm......the engine should be off.....please don't do that again!

(The tps is an electrical/mechanical circuit that doesn't need the motor running to read the settings)

mental note: put this into the directions on gnttype.org

Should'nt your integrator be around 250? Do you have turbolink? Check your manual? I think it notates fuel pump problem with low intergrator?

oops! thanks guys, I shall not rev her up like that in park again,
My mistake on the interator, the 128 was at idle.
Just a backyard mechanic here, learning everyday.

 It's a wonder the motor isn't grenaded already. I think if you read the instructions carefully you'll see that they say to do the TPS adjustments with Key On, Engine Off!!!

BTW that loud pop you heard was likely the rev limiter trying to do it's job.

Also leave the engine off when setting the TV cable on the trans too. It requires WOT throttle also. :D
