Loud transmission noise Park/Neutral only

Got a very loud whine/rotational noise only in Park and Neutral and only occurs after car has been in OD,D, or 1st. Putting it in reverse makes the noise resolve.
If I shift from reverse to Drive or Neutral it does not occur.
It is a VERY loud noise, not just a minor whine. It always occurs when I go to Park or Neutral from forward gear.
It car sits awhile and its started in park usually does not occur.

? What part of my trans is bad if if works ok but has this very loud rotational noise that only occurs in park/neutral after being in a forward gear?

Im no pro but

P, N, D & OD should be around 70 ish PSI give or take at idle and Min TV.

R around 200 PSI and 1st & 2nd slightly higher at idle and min TV.

These are stock psi's if you have some mods it could be higher.

Could be a pump issue.

With the car idling in Park, take the tv cable off the TB and pull it to max and see if the noise comes

Whats the fluid level?
