Low 11's On Pump Gas

IF I GRAB A TURBO THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT A MID OR LOW 10 SEC PASS, COULD I GET A LOW 11 OUT OF IT ON PUMP GAS?? IF THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION, WHAT IS YOUR INPUT ON HOW TO GET TO THE LOW 11'S ON PUMP GAS?

Build a 9 sec motor and run low boost.


I believe you will need a 72 at low boost to move enough air for low 11's.

a turbo is only a small piece of the puzzle......you may have a 10 sec turbo and a 13 sec combination.....if you are dead set on pump gas.....build a 9 sec motor and run alky

The times in my sig are on 94 pumpgas and NO ALCHY - if I had more time I think I coulda gotten an 11.3 or 11.2 out of it because I've gone an 11.46@115 yet went 11.49@117 with a .13 slower 60ft.

I have no real weight advantage over a TR being 3,650 w/driver and think it coulda gone faster still if I had a 200R4 and 3.42's instead of the TH400 and 3.08's I'm running
