Low gear O2's and 60' time

How low should the O2's be at launch? My O2's are in the 850-870 range at launch and my 60' times stink (1.8xx with ET Streets). Would a lower O2 at launch help my 60'? The O2's are in the 780-800 range at the end of the run.

Lower the fuel pressure so the o2's are betwwen 750-790. You will be amazed at not only how quick the turbo will spool, but how your 60 fts will come down. Watch your knock (< than 5 deg KR)through the run and readjust FP to find a sweet spot for your car. Good luck

the lower the better to spool the turbo....all the best chips have spool up fuel curves.....for example, on my ME 02's are in the 300's at spool up

My Extender chip has 'spool fuel' and 'low gear' fuel. So I should adjust 'spool fuel' to about 300 and 'low gear' fuel to about 790. Does that sound correct? Thanks.

that sounds about right depending on where the low gear fuel curve takes over....maybe someone with the extender could chime in

Be careful with spool fuel vs. launch fuel. Different things....

I can't help you with your settings since I do not run your setup. I was trying to inform you and anyone else who read this thread that whatever you do, do not launch the car with 02's in the 300 range. I suppose the Extender chip takes care of that and knows the difference. Anyone with a conventional chip will blow the head gaskets in a hurry if they launch it that lean.

by all means....if your chip doesn't know the difference between "spool up" and running, don't tinker with your 02's at less than WOT (such as during spool up.....) many chip burners can handle some type of launch assist however
