I know I have other posts on this board bitching about the same problem with my car and I thank everyone who is trying to help me so far, especially Jim Testa who has taken time out of his day help me as well. Before I bug Jim again, I thought I might pick your brains a little more on this issue.

Here is the story, everything has been repalced on the engine, you name it, all sensors, complete rebuild, all new vacume lines.... everything. The car still idles like crap, bogs off the line and SES light comes on after 50 seconds. My MAF counts are 3 and the code is either "low MAF" or 44 (lean exhaust). I have an LS1 MAF with Translator and have tried different stock MAFs and I still get a 3 MAF count.
Here are my #'s at idle:
TPS-42
IAC-0
MAF-3
BLM-128-136
INT-not sure, but I think higher
New O2 sensor
At first I thought it was a vacume leak so I replaced all the lines and vacume block gasket. The intake manifold has also been on and off 2 times by the mechanic who rebuilt the motor so I ruled that out as a source of vacume leaks. I replaced the Vinyl intake tube with a steel one and ditched the Canister air filter for a K&N.
Has anyone had this problem? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

leak

Just a thought, IAC=0 ECM trying to lower idle, throttle open too much, air bypassing throttle. Check for air entering after MAF, do you still have the factory MAF to turbo flex hose, is it leaking?
Recheck translator dip switches etc. My friend mistakenly had his set to 85mm MAF instead of his 3" LT1.

No, I replaced it with a steel one.
