Lower door panel with manual mirror removal

how do you guys remove the manual mirror knod on the lower door panel of an 87 gn?

it will be held to the bezel in the panel from the back with either a clip or a small allen head set screw. GM used both methods of retention, and i can't remember what the Regals used.

 

[86 T type]

There is a small allen head set screw holding the mirror knob into the bezel, can't remember the size off hand. HTH
