lowered 2" about to have an alignment

this 87 GN is a daily driver and recently i installed new lowered springs. Aboout to have it aligned and wondering if I should consider upper control arms or would the factory uppers be adequate for a decent alignment on stock wheels? Thanks

If you're just cruising, you can align a 2" drop to factory specs just fine with the stock arms. You may want to go the parts store and buy a couple boxes of shims. A lot of alignment places don't have them on hand these days.

But don't expect to go road racing with it and enjoy the experience. And if you're running low profile tires that are wider than stock, the stock alignment on a 2" drop will wear the outside shoulder badly.
