Lowering stall on a converter (Try to ID this converter!)

...hey, it is possible to change the stall speed on a converter, correct? If I remember correctly, it entails changing the pump somehow.

Although, I'm not sure what converter I have now (don't ask me why I don't know, I was young&dumb.) It stalls to 3200rpms and has lock-up -- so I would guess that it's not a 12 inch converter. Yet, when I look at it, it doesn't appear to be much smaller than 12 inches if at all (I haven't looked at it in a year though.) It's light blue...maybe this will clue someone off to what converter it may be.

(I'd go an examine it, but it's 400 miles away right now and I wont be back for 2 months.)

If it is possible, although I'm pretty sure it's not, would I be able to get it down to a 2400-2500rpm stall?
and any guesses to what converter I may have?

I have a stock "D5" convertor if you are interested in it. I am in San Francisco. It is a used 12" unit and stalls at 2400rpm from a GN.
