M-90 Super Chargers

When(years) did GM start installing the M-90 Super Chargers and what cars did they come with.

M90 was on all 1997 + Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and Bonneville SSEi and Buick Regal GS. I believe the older Riv's may have had M90's but not sure on that.
2004 + GTP's have the more efficient Generation V supercharger.

Gen 3 M90 superchargers were on late 95 Rivs FWIW
