I just got home from National Trail Raceway and have a couple of uestions for you guys.I have a bone stock 87G.N.The car does not have posi so my et's really suffer. Now before tonight my best time was a 14.62 at 95.14 m.p.h.(60 ft time was 2.447)Scince then I have changed plugs wires and installed a power plate.Tonight I ran twice, first run14.48 at 100.25 m.p.h.(60 ft time2.56).Second run was a faster 14.35 at 99.85 m.p.h.(60ft time 2.46)I have seen a 5 m.p.h. improvement over my previous best. What kind of times should I be seeing with these speeds? And will drag radials help a non posi car like mine.(I was also running 110 octane race gas from sunoco.(didn't see any knock on my scanmaster on either run.)Thanks for any input.

I would think traction would help any car, posi or not. Go for some ET streets if you think DRs aren't enough

Drag radials will help on your car, but I think the best thing you could do is install an airbag.

Right. 1 /10 quicker in the 60' = 1/10 and a half quicker at the end. You should be able to take off 3-4 tenths in the 60'. It'll probably help your MPH too.

Put in a right side airbag and crank it up to 35 psi at the track, you should see a 13.9 at least in your curent state of tune and a prepped track.
