Looks like a nice machined part. heavy too. as a gear underneath when you turn it it spins 2 litlle discs on the side in opposite directions.

Any help???

looks like a balance shaft setup from a quad 4 GM engine or maybe it was a Ford 4 cylinder
 
I don't know. But I could see that thing being a sweet motor for a bead roller. If you could come up with a drive gear and motor. :cool: And it was the right width for the rollers. Looks like it would be nice and slow, with lots of torque.
