MAF Translator Plus ?

I just picked up a used MAF Translator Plus so I can run a new type MAF. I really do not want to use the timing feature of the Trans +. Can I simply not connect the wires and have it work like a normal translator?

To be honest...when my wife tells me it does.

I am fortunate enough to save some per diem money from all my business trips. It looks like between now and December I will be going to Chicago, San Antonio and Germany, so I am thinking that should equate to 60 pounders, a new TT chip for the bigger injectors/alky, and a 3 inch down pipe. I might need to get your address so my wife doesn't see all this stuff coming in!

Oh yea...and I still need some new front springs to raise the front end up a bit.

When and if I need it, I'll give you a call. Yes, I figure the tranny will need some upgrading at some point....but I think my peg leg rear end will take it easy on my transmission for a while!
