Mag-84??

Yesterday I received a used ECM I purchased online for my '85 and when I opened it up the chip set had an orange sticker that reads "Mag-84"

I tried to dig up some info on it but couldn't find anything, has anyone here ran into this item?

Sounds like an old Conley Performance chip

My 84 has an 86/7 ecm and I have an old chip that has Mag 4-40 on it. The 440 was one on conley's more popular chips. I bet you have a mag chip programmed for the 84/5 ecm.

Any other ideas guys?

Well kinda sorta

You would have to send it to a chip burner who could then download the info from the chip via the burning / reading apparatus.
