How would I hook it up in my vacuum lines?

Run one vacuum line from the turbo compressor to the manual boost controller and another vacuum line from the boost controller to the wastegate actuator. You can leave the stock wastegate solenoid electrical connector plugged in, leaving it out will probably set a code 31,(open circuit).
