manual transmissions

i was wondering if its hard to find manual transmissions to put in these cars.
i dont know alot of technical talk so keep the responses kinda simple if you can.

Do a search on here about manual transmissions behind a lc2 motor. They don't work. Not too many trans that can handle the torque, you lose boost between shifts, can't build boost at the line. Its been tried, the car was slower.

the real reason is most americans are too lazy to step on the clutch and move the shift lever because while commiting road rage they need a free hand to give you the finger ,hold their dope or beer cans..god forbid the car should have manual door locks and windows,oh my manicure and fake fingernails.and you say im twisted?
