I need location and pics of the stock map sensor for digital gauge

Do i even need a map sensor to run more then stock level boost on these cars?

I believe that it is in the same location as the '86 - '87 cars. On the passenger side under the hood, above the wheel housing. Most forward unit that has a vacuum/boost line going to it and a three wire electrical connector.

Do i even need a map sensor to run more then stock level boost on these cars?

The MAP sensor is only used to drive the dash boost gauge. The ECM doesn't use it.
