Markings on a pair of ported irons ?

I have a pair of ported iron heads that are marked : PE ESP35. NY
Sounds familiar ?

The heads were probably originally sold by Eastern Performance. I never had a set of their heads so I wouldn't speculate at what the rest of the numbers and letters represent.
