MBC help

My MBC came in today, no instructions of course (ebay quality).

I have the boost controller they are talking about there. The picture shows the boost controller T-fitting in between the pressure source and the wastegate actuator. I'd like to use the port on my turbo as the pressure source, but how would this work with the stock Y fitting connecting these two lines in place?

you do not use the y or the stock solenoid. Just tie in the mbc. I'm glad I did it. Makes the stock turbo respond just like a v8. Don't bother on running an adjustable wastegate either. Just slap the mbc on and tune the boost with the knob.

No luck, still doesn't control boost right. I've got an adjustable actuator screwed most of the way in.

I thought I was better at turbos than this.

Put the rod at stock length, maybe 1 turn in. DO you have it hooked up the right way? Is the check ball and spring present and in the correct position?

I went by what the link in my first post said. The ball and spring are present and in the position recommended by that post.
