On a dual sprayer set up. Is a Y fitting better than the T the kit comes with. Or does it not matter? It seems like the Y would flow better and more evenly?

Its under very high pressure. It doesnt care.

Next is nobody makes brass/stainless "Y" fittings. Aluminum will fail under constant alcohol contact.
