Are these the programmers or what ever they are called! Electronic or vaccuum?

I'm not sure if I would really call it a programmer, but then again who knows what GM named it, lol. These are electronic actuators that control the temp setting. They mount just behind the glove box area on the heater box plenum. The metal rod on the temp door connects to it.

I'm ready. I think this is the part I need since mine blows cold air from the top and bottom all the time.
