Monte Carlo Intrument Cluster

Hello,

I was curious if a 80's Monte Carlo instrument cluster would fit in GNs? My brother has a 86 SS and i like the cluster sence it already has a tach, temp, oil, battery, and fuel in it (instead of buying a GNX cluster or having them in pods in the car somewhere, but they arent as big as the pods would be)

I belive i have seen some monte cluster mph be 120 too, so no worrys bout it being 85 only.

So does the monte cluster fit in our cars, and has anyone done it?

I looked st my 80's Monte and my GN. They do not "appear" that they will interchange. Understand that this is only a visual opinion since the dash housing configurations where the gauges mount are so different.
