Hey Jason

I might be going that way jason now if you can get the rest made up so it could be a plug and play unit

Johnny

THANKS FOR THE HARD WORK

Sweet Jason, Your workmanship is next to none. I would be very interested in this once she is done. Do you also have something fabbed up for a 4 bolt style exh housing with the circular 4 bolt DP flange? I have no AC or heater box so space is not a issue for me.

Awesome Jason! :)

Will it have an WB O2 bung already welded, or available as an option?

You can see a bung in a couple of the pictures down by the A/C accumulator.

I noticed the pipe starts off at 5 and then tapers down to 3.5 as it goes past the frame. What is the advantage to this?? What's the point in such a large DP if it is no larger at it's smallest point than something that you can currently purchase today?? Is it because it is stepped down like a stock X-over pipe??

Thanks Carl. Maybe I SHOULD have said, I noticed that there is what looks like an O2 sensor bung on it already. Will it have an WB O2 bung already welded, or available as an option? :)

Guys

when I was talking to jason he said something about the gases able to expand and leave faster or something like that and the choke down point didnt matter ( I can hardley keep up with jason when he gose into theory) :D

as for ATR headers that is why its a do it yourself project until hes able to get connections to a mandral bender....But it dose fit ATR headers

Johnny

not speaking for Jason just trying to answer some question that I already asked

Prolly a dumb question, but will this bolt up to a stock motor/turbo w/ ac delete? (thus giving more clearance)

p.s. looks b-e-a-utiful!

Wow, I am very interested, please let me know when and how I can get one.

im sorry to say but thats ridicously big, it would look silly on any TR, but thats just my opinion..

Not only that but I am still waiting on someone to explain how this is any better than the 3.5" that is currently available.

i read somewhere when the exhaust gases are hot they take up more space and as the exhaust cools down it shrinks. i don't care what it looks like as long as i can keep my ac and give me mo power :) i am all for it. i just hope Jason can find the tubing to make it a complete pipe...i am waiting and saving..........................Bob
