Most efficient boost level

Any thoughts on what the most efficient boost level is for a 49 turbo? Stock motor, 50#, stretch intercooler, stock exhaust with test pipe.

I always noticed it pulled better from the 20psi range. Never ran it more than 24 psi but it worked great at that level. You can probably get up to about 26psi and then you're about done for the efficiency range.
