I'll have to ask Jason where he booked me this year but that host hotel last year was a dump! Stay away from that one. There was no "special" rate either.

Jim it did look bad when we drove buy .. We stay at the Sheraton I believe ...cost some $$$ so we just don't eat to pay for the room
That was the problem with that place.. didn't look bad on a drive by but yuck! And to top it off I paid cash for the room for the week and a they billed my CC for 3 rooms for the week!! Took me months to clear that mess up.

Jason and I checked out some places last year after staying in that best western toilet. I asked him what the name was and he gives me the phone number. ima kill that kid. 270-745-0088 Call that place Ty! lol He said there was plenty of trailer parking and the guys who stayed there liked it.

LOL and here i thought you guys were refurring to motel 6 as the dive motel, it too isnt the greatest, but its cheaper than staying at the holiday inn.
I heard the news inn is nice, its right across the street from alot of the other hotels that everyone is staying at...

I always stay at the motel 6. Not the nicest, but its cheaper and I don't spend much time there anyway.

Ty, let us know where you guys are staying at. I'm sure with Nelson there it will be a blast. You never saw his trunk the last night we hung out. He doesn't mess around.
If he gets his "trunk" out around me he won't have to worry about using it again

Stay away from any that are managed by a guy with the last name Patel!!
Last year my buddy and i checked in for the week and paid cash in advance, after 1 day he said that he has to raise the rate by $30 each night and if we do not like it we have 20 mins to leave.
We left and he then charged us a cleanup fee for $25. which was reimbursed by Microtell later on.
Here's the kicker, we then booked at Super 8 motel and everything was fine untill Sat morning when the same ignorant b**tard was in the lobby......he manages that too.
He did not like the rate we got for friday night and charged my cc an extra $45 which i later got back from the cc company.
Nice welcome to B.G. after driving 12 hours to get there, and my buddy's first time and he will not be back!
I would rather sleep in my van then book a room that that patel idiot manages!!

Ty it's the Holiday inn plaza convention center. It's closer to the track and tons of tailer parking room. When it comes to hotel's price don't bother me as long as I'm getting what I paid for. The host hotel Best Western was a dump for the money. Now the host motel in Ohio was awesome for the money. I almost can't wait to go back there just because of the hotel!
